NATIONAL TEAM BASS ASSOCIATION

NTBA

The mission of NTBA is to promote a friendly, professional and organized TEAM tournament trail.  Within the trail, the purpose is to promote responsible values and character in understanding true outdoor experiences, nature awareness, recreational ethics and enjoyment to the great outdoors.

Membership fee is $60.00(plus 2.00 processing fee) per individual per year. Membership will be activated as soon as payment is received.

Terms & Conditions

Liability Waiver

We hereby release Angler’s Outpost & Marine, Lancaster, KY, NTBA Inc., its officers, agents, employees, and sponsors from any and all damages, injuries or deaths, claims, demands, cost, or expenses of participation in or in connection with USA Cares/Bradley Roy Stars & Stripes Open Team Bass Tournament.

Covenant not to sue waiver of Subrogation: I further agree that I will never sue Bradley Roy Fishing LLC, Angler’s Outpost & Marine of Lancaster, KY or NTBA Inc. for damages on account of any injury or damage that I suffer, or cause whether known now or which may develop in the future in connection with this or any other Angler’s Outpost & Marine or NTBA Inc event. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold Angler’s Outpost & Marine or NTBA Inc  harmless from any liability whatsoever, including court cost and attorney’s fees arising with respect to such action. I understand that in waiving the rights of recovery from  Angler’s Outpost & Marine or NTBA Inc of my insurance carrier for any claims that they may pay on my behalf. I further understand that by signing this agreement I waive any rights of my heirs or relatives have or may have to sue Angler’s Outpost & Marine or NTBA Inc for liability. 

Construction: If this agreement and release, covenant, and waivers, contained herein are found by any court to overly broad by any matter, we ask the court to interpret it as broadly as possible.
